Training Types

Jane began studying yoga in 2002 and decided to further deepen and dedicate her practice by completing her teacher training certification in Spring of 2011.

Her in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology enable her to custom design maximally effective programs that facilitate health and functional strength while maintaining the balance, inspiration and gratitude inherent in yoga. Yoga is seamlessly integrated within classes and private training to provide for increased flexibility, focus, and rejuvenation.
